The PACE of change
With PACE you could be eligible for low-interest financing that covers the cost of your home upgrades. The municipality pays upfront and then you pay them back over a set period. We’ll do the analysis to see if you can save as much or even more in energy and heating expenses than the cost of the retrofits.
